Refund & Exchange Policy:

No refunds or exchanges:

• Due to the fact that all of our products are of a digital nature, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We can't issue refunds after the purchase has been made. If you have gone through the content and feel the template isn’t going to work for you, please reach out to us to discuss options and how we can help. Email [email protected].
• Audit will be delivered via email within 7 working days of receiving your intake form.

Template Licensing:

• Each Squarespace Template purchase may be used for one website. 1 template purchase = 1 license for 1 website. If you want to use the same template on a second website, you will need to repurchase it again to buy another license.

Copyright:

• The design is copyrighted Rebecca Lucy Creative.
• You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
• You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.
• Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your use of any supplied images.

Squarespace Template & Resource Delivery:

We will always do our best to have your template and resources sent within 48 hours, but this time frame may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances and we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer. Please contact us if it has been over 48 hours and you have not yet received your template.

Squarespace Template Ownership:

Once the template is added into your account it is your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot reverse these for you.

A purchase of a Template includes your chosen template delivered only once.

If you make any accidental changes to your template and want the template sent again, if you accidentally delete the template, or if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, then you will need to repurchase the template so we can send it again.

Your template will come into your account on a 6 month free trial. If you let this free trial run out, Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. If your website gets deleted and you want the template resent, you will have to repurchase the template so we redeliver it. Make sure your trial doesn’t run out by asking Squarespace support for a trial extension, or upgrading your site to a paid plan.

You will be responsible for starting your hosting plan with Squarespace and will set up payment directly with them.

Template Support:

Your template purchase comes with the following support included, valid for 14 days from delivery of your template. Any support after this time will be at an extra cost.

We are happy to help you with support relating to: Your template installation and basic template-specific edits.

Your template purchase does not include support with: General Squarespace enquiries, complex edits or coding. Squarespace issues including billing should be directed to Squarespace customer support.

Template Customisation add-on:

If you purchase the Template Customisation Add-On, the following terms apply:

• We will contact you to set a date for delivery of your customised template.
• This will normally be within 2 weeks of purchase, however timeframes may vary at busy periods. Please contact me on [email protected] if you have a deadline to check availability.
• Before we can customise your template, you will need to provide images, text and brand (font, colours and logo).
• Customisation includes adding of 5 products and 1 workshop listing. Other listings can be added at £50 each.
• Customisation does not include additional page design. Bespoke pages can be designed at £250 per page.
• We can provide copywriting and brand development at an additional cost - please contact me for details.
• You will be responsible for starting your hosting plan with Squarespace and will set up payment directly with them.
• Template customisation does not include connection of domain or email services.
